Shipping

All orders will be fulfilled in 24 to 72 hours but exceptions may apply, such as pre-orders and peak season capacity.

We offer FREE shipping over $120 spent or other different occasional discounts. During summer are included in shipping cost between 2-4 ice packs depending on order size. All orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY/ UPS 2 DAYS .

Returns & Refunds

PRODUCTS: At Rayluca Chocolate, we take pride of our quality and given that all products are made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds. However a lot of care goes into ensuring they are packaged safely, if there's an error with your order, please email us at contact@raylucachocolate.com.

WORKSHOPS: As each session is thoughtfully curated, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Should your plans change, rescheduling is available with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled time cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If booking is made from a different time zone, kindly double-check your reservation confirmation to ensure accuracy.

Pick up order after delivery

We don`t use any preservatives or additives to extend the shelf life of our chocolates. Therefore it`s customer 100% responsibility to keep the chocolates in the refrigerator from the moment you received the order. Store them in the original packaging or airtight container.
