HOW TO MAKE ITALIAN HOT CHOCOLATE:

Add 1 cup/8oz plant based milk to a pot, bring it to the stage of boil temperature. Turn off the fire, add 2-3 big tablespoons of the mixture to the milk (add extra sugar if necessary). Turn on the fire on a lower temperature (very important) stir for 30 sec to 1 min, until you reached your ideal thickness. Tools needed: pot, measuring cup, silicone spatula and optional manual frother.
